St. Patrick’s Day has come and gone, but there is one recipe that I attempted that I thought was too cute not to share! Beer and St. Patrick’s Day undoubtedly go hand in hand. Nothing is better than imbibing with a traditional stout on this celebratory day, in which a saint was able to rid Ireland of its apparent 5th-century snake issue (which I’m totally ok with. I don’t do snakes). For many, Guinness comes to mind as the beer of choice for this day, but with so many options at our fingertips, it’s hard not to branch out. In accordance with tradition, however, it seemed only logical to attempt to take an already alcoholic beverage and make it even boozier.
