Cooking With Beer | Stuffed Burgers made with Dogfish Head Namaste White

It’s Sunday and it is Father’s Day. This is beautiful weather to enjoy a great cookout. So, why not spice up your grill game by adding a bit of brew to your burger? The beer burger is completely underrated and a must-try dish this summer!

Inspired byPhiladelphia’s Good Dog Bar and their delicious Good Dog Burger, I decided to take my own spin on this stuffed concoction with the addition of Dogfish Head’s Namaste White Belgian-Style Witbier.

A year-round selection from Dogfish Head, Namaste White has a vibrant flavor that married well with the salty flavors of this burger. Be sure to pair this dish with curly fries, home-made broccoli bites (pictured above) and creole aioli!
