Beer Aioli with Light Lager

What is your favorite part of a sandwich? My favorite part is the sauce served with the sandwich. I have been known to order food just because the condiment was exactly the flavor I was looking for. The food itself merely becomes a vessel for indulging in that saucy goodness! Due to my obsession, I have dabbled in making some of my own concoctions to satisfy whatever my flavor of the day was. This sauce, however, will be the flavor you crave every day!

I can not get enough of this aioli! It is so creamy and smooth, and surprisingly very light. The bite from the pepper and the tang from the beer and lemon give this aioli a serious edge over your everyday mayo sandwich spread! Use a light lager when you are making this because a darker beer may give this aioli a flavor too intense for its purpose. If you are looking for ways to use this aioli (besides using just any dry food vessel you can get your hands on) try an Irish Grilled Cheese!
